Risk Advisory Manager

Lead a team of 12–18 Risk Advisors across the central region. Own recruitment, training, and production for the Kampala market.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, and certify new Risk Advisors.
• Run weekly production reviews and coach advisors on pipeline quality.
• Deliver on regional targets for new business, persistency, and retention.
• Partner with marketing on local campaigns and events.

What we're looking for

• Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Five+ years in financial services with at least two years leading a sales team.
• Strong coaching background — you can turn a good advisor into a great one.
• Fluent in English; additional Ugandan languages welcome.
