What you'll do

• Prospect within Mbarara, Bushenyi, Isingiro, and surrounding districts.
• Run client meetings and close life and savings policies.
• Service an existing book of clients from our Mbarara branch.
• Participate in weekly branch production meetings.

What we're looking for

• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• Existing network in south-western Uganda.
• At least one year of sales or client-facing experience.
• Comfortable working to monthly targets.
