Branch Manager, Risk Advisory

Run our Jinja branch end-to-end: sales, operations, and community presence. P&L ownership for the eastern region.

What you'll do

• Own the branch's P&L and production scorecard.
• Lead a team of advisors and one operations associate.
• Represent Old Mutual in local business and regulatory forums.
• Ensure full compliance with IRA, URSB, and internal risk policies.

What we're looking for

• Degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Seven+ years in financial services with three+ in a leadership role.
• Prior branch or P&L ownership experience.
• Rooted in or willing to relocate to Jinja.
